This page gives a bit on an explanation about the tracks at Haven and the current
progress of each.
The colours after the track names are a key to the colours on the map (Click on the bottom right hand corner to make it full size). There are also links to some track profiles included.

Homeward Bound - Yellow
- is being marked and cleared of vegetation.
Homeward Bound will go from the edge of the MVMC leased land to the house,
in the short term everyone is welcome to use it....

Fruit Loop - Yellow
- just in front of the deck where the orchard is going.

Chicken Run - Aqua
- a traverse track starting at the house past the chook house,
it arrives in the 'V' of the valley after the rocky switchback and before
Fergs' 'penalty for failure' section of the Perimeter Track.

C1 - Red - an uphill track starting midway along Chicken Run
and heading up to connect with either Homeward Bound or the Perimeter Track.

Perimeter Track - Lime
- this will go around the boundary (more of less)
of Haven. Back in late 2006 the Perimeter Track was marked and cleared of vegetation,
it was getting overgrown in many places as we focussed on a loop closer to the house. Now, in spring 2007,
it is being worked on again from C1 along the ridge to the 4wd track.

4WD Access Road - Black
- is almost cleared of vegetation and Shailer has
started spraying from the top. An interesting incline which will be easy enough to push your bike,
or climb on and for Scolly to play on.

Miner's Track - Navy
- this track uses the old track that
was made to gain access for some mining on the land. It runs off the Perimeter Track
at the far end of the land.

River Track - Blue
- along the river at the bottom of the land.
